16/1860/2, LUC 1860, White Gold

$32,500

A ref. 16/1860/2 in white gold with a scarcely-seen salmon dial. The first series 16/1860 is the result of four years development with unlimited resource. What resulted is one of the most technically brilliant and aesthetically beautiful time only calibres ever made, the 1.96. It is a dual mainspring micro-rotor with a 70-hour reserve and Breguet overcoil, bearing COSC certification and a Geneva Seal. The dial was manufactured at Metalem, one of the most storied makers of guilloché. This is a watch which supported young talent, placed a manufacture back on the map, and has been renown for its daring quality since: an independent spirit channeled through mainstream resource. This example, with its dial in salmon, is as attractive an LUC as has ever been made.
