Return Policy For Exclusives

 

We want you to be 100% in love with your watch, and understand it’s difficult to commit to a watch without seeing it in the metal first. As such, we offer a 5 day (from delivery) inspection period where a watch may be returned, no questions asked, as long as the watch is in the same condition it was when you received it. Returns must include all paperwork, boxes, links/strap, user manuals and accessories originally included at sale. Failure to return all originally included items or original condition of the watch itself shall be deemed that you have accepted the sale and the watch will be refused. Return payment will be made within 14 days after the watch has been delivered back to us and accepted.

 

Due to the highly international nature of our business, you will be responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked and fully insured mail system as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for watches lost or damaged in return transit. If we have to pay additional shipping, customs, or delivery charges charges on your package, that amount will be deducted from your return value.

The inspection period is revoked in two possible cases. First, if the date of delivery is delayed by you by more than three days. This is because we need to payout our consignors in a timely manner. If a delivery is delayed after purchase due to you travelling or not being able to take delivery of the package for any reason, we must revoke the inspection period. So please ensure you are able to take delivery of a given watch before purchasing. Second, the inspection period is also revoked if you delay longer than the given four business days to complete payment or begin the send of a wire transfer. If you agree to purchase a watch but delay payment by longer than the given window of four days to process a wire transfer or make payment, the inspection period is also revoked. 

 

 

Return Policy For Extras

 

Straps, cases, and tools may be returned within 3 days of purchase if unused and in the same condition they were delivered in. Return shipping is the purchaser's responsibility. After 3 days, all sales are considered final. Tray sales are final, as shipping costs for them are prohibitive.
