Return Policy

We want you to be 100% in love with your watch, and understand it’s difficult to commit to a watch without seeing it in the metal first. As such, we offer a 5 day (from delivery) inspection period where a watch may be returned, no questions asked, as long as the watch is in the same condition it was when you received it. Returns must include all paperwork, boxes, links/strap, user manuals and accessories originally included at sale. Failure to return all originally included items or original condition of the watch itself shall be deemed that you have accepted the sale and the watch will be refused. Return payment will be made within 14 days after the watch has been accepted.

Due to the highly international nature of our business, you will be responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked and fully insured mail system as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for watches lost or damaged in return transit. If we have to pay additional shipping, customs, or delivery charges charges on your package, that amount will be deducted from your return value.
